Why Kingdom Fitness Recreation continued...

We are based in Louisiana which is one of the top least healthiest states in the United States. Louisiana is also known for not having many recreational activities for the public on a yearly basis. Along with that, the United States overall has a history of being at all time highs with childhood obesity that can lead to other health issues in the future. 

Not only are we attacking health and wellness, but we are teaching kids, teens, and adults about sports and its various backgrounds. For all levels of life, activity benefits in the area of overall life performance physically and mentally. Working focus on the areas of communication, sportsmanship, having to think about each game, thinking about strategies played within the game, & camaraderie. Through sports we are bringing our community & surrounding communities together opening up positive social interactions with confidence. Some other reasons for #KFRec would be that it benefits kids in their education: stimulating their minds, improved academics and attention spans, along with self-discipline and personal goal setting.
